I got a falafel sandwich to go and it was delicious! The falafel itself was great and the peanut sauce added a nice touch. Would highly recommend. Big portion size, great value for your money

It's not only tasty but also filling, making it a standout feature of their menu.
What's even more impressive are the prices. They are exceptionally affordable, and I'm genuinely curious about how they manage to maintain such low costs while delivering quality food.
I've shared this find with my friends, and they were equally impressed and delighted by the experience. It's always a joy to introduce others to hidden culinary gems like this.

Quality price is top. The service is fast (Saturdays and Sunday gets quite busy but it’s normal around Boxi on those days everything is crowded). I can just recommend this place!- Preis pro Person

I ordered a Sandwich Tofu Magali and it was really good, a lot of ingredients in there, well prepared and cheap (5.50€). 🥙 This was my second time in a Sudanese restaurant and I gotta say I love their cuisine. The guy was really nice, there are a few tables to sit inside which is nice and you can pay with a card, which is really rare. 💳
One of our go-to lunch places when visiting Boxhagener Platz. The food is tasty and made fresh to order. Their falafel are one of the best I've had and the plates come with a wide variety of sides. Another highlight is the peanut sauce, it is just amazing.

I recently ordered the Falafel and Halloumi teller for delivery and I was very satisfied. Everything was still warm, not hot but that's to be expected.
Good portion size and price considering delivery, of course I wouldn't mind it being cheaper but inflation is still a thing unfortunately. The halloumi was lightly crispy with a light texture with the stereotypical chew. Three pieces were given 👌 The fried carrot slices and potato was also tasty and filling. The hummus, baba ganoush and peanut sauce were all fantastic. I for one really appreciate them all be slavered on.
The salad was fresh and came with olives and jalapenos which was a nice addition, adding some variety. Finally I have to talk about the falafel! That might be some of the best I've had, crunchy outer layer, warm lightly spiced and fragrant inside that had a superior flavour and texture to most of the places I've been to. It also didn't lose it's crunch or go too soft as it cooled, something I've experienced before.

OMG ! This was soooooo good 🥰 I njust enjoyed and fell in Love with the Kandaka Special Plate (Teller) .. and YESSSS that Peanut Sauce is indeed Devine! Thank you for making so much Yummy for my Tummy 🙏😘
Awesome sudanese food for very good prices (3€ per Sandwich). The sandwich is like Kebab with peanut sauce. Amazing atmosphere with traditional decoration, music and free tea.

Cheap but very tasty food. For example, you get Kufta (see pictures) which is a little bit kebap-like with peanut butter for 3,5€ and you get free tea!
The best falafel I've had in a while. The falafel halumi magali sandwich was to die for with its grilled vegetables and peanut sauce. All the prices were more than reasonable and the owner is super friendly.
We popped in for an early lunch not long after opening, and we're so glad that we did. We got service with a smile and then some! Really excellent vegan options, and the peanut sauce was excellent. Excellent quality and amount of food for the price.
